Privacy Policy

thumbs.work is built to be private by default. The short version: we don’t collect your data.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account system, no analytics, and no tracking. Your thumbs (calculations and notes) are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, sell, or share any personal information, because we never receive it.

Network access

The app works fully offline. It does not send your content to us or any third party. If you choose to share or export a thumb, that happens through your own device’s share sheet — entirely under your control.

Data you control

You can export all of your thumbs as a JSON, Markdown, CSV, or text file at any time, and delete them from within the app. Because data lives on your device, removing the app removes your data.

Changes

If a future version adds optional features that involve a network or an account (for example, syncing across devices), this policy will be updated to describe exactly what those features do before they ship, and they will be opt-in.
